Kol Valley Institute of Nursing offers a job to Admission counselors with excellent Incentives. Applicants must have a customer-driven approach, and be specialized in their field of expertise. As an Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective students who want to take admission, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The respective candidate should be comfortable in making tons of calls per day to drive more students & thus build a long-lasting relationship.

Job description

1. Candidate Should have Excellent ability to convince, with a full range of skills for converting an aspirant into enrollment.
2. Candidate Should be an Expert in decision making/ handling queries efficiently.
3. A strong background in education, especially an experience working at a consulting company to help college admissions is Appreciated.
4. A Candidate Should be an Action-oriented individual who is comfortable with calling and lead generation and follow-up process.
5. A Candidate Should Initiative taker, a dedicated individual with a high level of work ethics.

6. A Candidate Should Provide all information regarding any type of query via phone, email, or social media.
7. A Candidate Should achieve targets on time and try to cover beyond our expectations.
8. A Candidate Should Know how to negotiate and handle objections.
9. A Candidate Should be an Effective communicator until someone buys your services.
10. A Candidate Should act as a bridge between student/ parents and administration.
11. A Candidate Should Build strong relationships between parents and institution
12. A Candidate Should be able to review students’ inquiry forms & admission applications.
13. A Candidate Should Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information.
14. A Candidate Should Meet with and interview prospective students before final application decisions.

Job: Conditions

• Fluency in English and Hindi with a pleasing personality and positive attitude are required.
• One must understand the targets and how they can help increase enrollment.
• Have a Frindle attitude towards staff members.
• Having a positive approach with patience and dedication.
• Deliver customer-oriented services
• Must possess the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
• Understanding the conflict between students, parents, and staff.
• Completely knows how to use MS office
